We are currently only shipping within Ontario. We are not able to ship to any other province in Canada or to the United States. Our shipping rates are based on the weight of the individual package and where the package is to be delivered. Shipping will be calculated at check out.

Enjoy free shipping on orders of $50 or more within Windsor Essex County and on orders of 12 bottles or more Ontario wide. Local deliveries within Windsor Essex County will be made on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders placed on Tuesdays and Fridays will be delivered on the following delivery day. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is filled.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return any item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened or unused and in the same condition that you received it. If it is a damaged or flawed product, please contact us at 519-738-0597 or info@paglioneestatewinery.com for further resolution. 

Refunds 

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within seven business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.
